Brett and Presilah Davis, the husband and wife duo behind Lux Lavs, pride themselves in knowing what constitutes a great party. Having collectively worked for more than a decade in the entertainment and hospitality industries in both LA and NYC, they’ve attended their fair share of both notable and unremarkable events. And one thing always holds true...no one enjoys using a porta-potty! Which is why upon moving back to Brett’s hometown on the Eastern Shore, they desired to fill a gap in the local party rental scene—portable lavatory trailers, with luxury and style in mind.

What began as a casual dinner with an old friend, ended in a business partnership when Spike Austin, of Austin and Bednash, was caught up in the entrepreneurial spirit of the evening and agreed to partner with the Davises; ultimately broadening the reach of their business to Spike’s home state of Delaware. Together, they form Lux Lavs. And they welcome the opportunity to provide you exceptional service as they assist you in taking your next celebration to the Lux level.
